A delegation of 16 headed by Mr. Kenji Katsube, Deputy Speaker of Hokkaido Council visited Liaoning Province and Shenyang City from October 31^st to November 1^st, 2017. During their stay, the delegation paid a visit to Shenyang Municipal People’s Congress and exchange views on parliamentary cooperation and exchanges in multiple areas.
