Shenyang Mayor Jiang Youwei met with Guillaume Sicard, CEO of Renault Brilliance Jinbei Automobile Co., Ltd., and the delegation at Shenyang Municipal People's Government on the morning of July 15. 

Jiang Youwei welcomed the arrival of Guillaume Sicard and the delegation. He said that Shenyang has earnestly implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and instructions on revitalizing northeast China in the new era, deepened reform, expanded opening up, accelerated innovation, and made new strides in modernizing the government's governance system and capacity. The transformation and upgrading of old industrial bases achieved positive results. At present, Shenyang promotes COVID-19 prevention and control while resuming economic and social development in an integrated manner, and the automobile industry, as an important pillar industry of Shenyang, shows a good development trend. Jiang Youwei said that Shenyang Municipal People's Government attaches great importance to the development of Renault Brilliance Jinbei Automobile Co., Ltd. The municipal government and the district government will, as always, do their best to serve the enterprise and create conditions for the innovation and development of the enterprise. Jiang Youwei hoped the company would achieve new results in major project construction and new product development.
