From November 19th to 26th, Shenyang Municipal Archive led a delegation to visit France and Germany, including French National Archives, Collections Gaumont Pathé Archives, the Political Archive of German Federal Foreign Office, Berlin State Library, Deutsches Historisches Museum, and Berlin Humboldt University. During the visit, the delegation collected 38 old photos, 2 documentaries, 1 old map and 5 historical archives and documents with 1564 pages. These documents are important records of economic and social development of Shenyang during the period of late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China from the perspectives of politics, economy, military and local conditions and customs, which provide important reference for the research of Shenyang history.
