Recently Shenyang Municipal Commerce Bureau issued an export license for used cars exported to Slovenia in Europe. This is the province's first used car export license, the issuance of this license, marking the province's used car export to achieve a "zero" breakthrough, and also formally created a new starting point for the transformation of Liaoning Province's vehicle export model. 

According to the circular jointly issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Public Security on expanding the scope of used car export business, 20 Chinese cities have been approved as the second batch of used car export business areas, among which Shenyang and Dalian in Liaoning province have been approved. In April this year, approved and recorded by the Ministry of Commerce, four enterprises in Shenyang have obtained the used car export qualification. 

In order to help enterprises to be familiar with and master the process of applying for used car export license, in June this year, Shenyang Municipal Commerce Bureau organized the registered enterprises and Shenyang Auto Circulation Association to carry out the professional guidance and training on the export of used car. They focused on explaining the used car export policy, export license processing and paperless customs clearance and other business points, and assigned a person to follow up and guide the enterprises to apply for the electronic secret key, the Ministry of Commerce dedicated network declaration, paperless customs clearance and other soft conditions to ensure the smooth application of used car export license in Shenyang. 

The first used car export license was granted to Liaoning Chensheng Yueyang International Trade Co., Ltd. Next, Shenyang Municipal Commerce Bureau will further increase the promotion of used car export business and establish a good communication mechanism for related work. They will continue to do a good job in guiding and serving enterprises, optimizing the environment, simplifying the process, promoting the continuous development and growth of Shenyang's used car export business, and helping Shenyang's high-quality development of open economy.
