In order to promote the exchange and cooperation between Shenyang and Far East region of Russia, especially the friendly exchange with Blagoveshchensk, a delegation led by Mr. Kosolapov, Vice Mayor of Blagoveshchensk visited Shenyang from December 13^th to 15^th, 2017. During their stay, they met with Mr. Zhang Jinghui, Vice Mayor of Shenyang and held a detailed discussion on the mutual visit of art groups, children’s painting competition, the training of Shenyang children’s hockey team in Blagoveshchensk and summer camp. Representatives from Shenyang Foreign Affairs office, Education Bureau, Cultural Broadcasting Press and Publication Bureau and Sports Bureau attended the meeting. Delegates of Blagoveshchensk International Cooperation Center paid a visit to Shenyang sub-council for the Promotion of International Trade and invited relevant personnel to attend 2018 Amurskaya Economic Forum.
