On April 10, the Foreign Affairs Office of Shenyang Municipal Government held a ceremony at Kingsemi Co. Ltd. to confer to the company the tile of Shenyang International Exchange Demo Center which was jointly inaugurated by Chen Shuangwei, Secretary of the leading Party members group and Director of Shenyang FAO and Zong Runfu, Chairman and General Manager of Kingsemi.

Chen Shuangwei spoke highly of the important role of Kingsemi in technological R&D, presenting the international profile of Shenyang and increasing the international influence of Shenyang. As one of the leading equipment manufacturers of semi conductor in China, Kingsemi has upheld the spirit of science and entrepreneurship, made great breakthroughs in IC equipment manufacturing and promoted the development of strategic emerging industrial clusters in Shenyang, thus making significant contributions to the revitalization of Shenyang and Liaoning. Shenyang International Exchange Demo Center is an important platform for the initiative of making full use of the foreign affairs plus model and striving to build Shenyang into a world-class city. It is hoped that Kingsemi will continue to serve as a model to conduct international exchange and cooperation in multiple areas and at various levels and to continuously increase the international influence and competitiveness of Shenyang enterprises.

Kingsemi will take the opportunity of being conferred the title of Shenyang International Exchange Demo Center to proactively expand its overseas business and make greater contributions in facilitating international exchange of Shenyang.

Shenyang FAO will, according to the standards of having great awareness of opening-up, serving as a positive example, being operated in a well-regulated manner and having full-fledged facilities, confer titles of Shenyang International Exchange Demo Center to relevant industrial parks, exhibition centers, scenic spots in areas such as economy and trade, science and technology, sports, education, health, culture and tourism and catering. The demo centers will function in conducting international exchange and providing services to present the economic and social development and cultural and historical heritages of Shenyang.
