On October 31 Foreign Affairs Office of Shenyang Municipal Government held a ceremony to confer to voestalpine Automotive Components Shenyang Co., Ltd. the title of Shenyang International Exchange Demo Base which was jointly inaugurated by Guo Hongyan, Deputy Director of Shenyang FAO and Qian Xuejun, CEO of the company.

Deputy Director Guo Hongyan spoke highly of the important role of voestalpine Automotive Components Shenyang Co., Ltd. in recent years in displaying Shenyang's image, telling Shenyang's stories and expanding Shenyang's external influence. Voestalpine Shenyang has established stable cooperative relationships with multiple internationally renowned enterprises and organizations, providing body panels and components for well-known automotive enterprises such as BMW, Mercedes Benz, FAW Volkswagen, and Audi. The products are exported overseas, promoting trade exchanges between Shenyang and other countries, and enhancing Shenyang's international influence and economic export-oriented degree.
