On February 19th, the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shenyang Municipal People's Government appointed Ma Xiaoping, Chairman of the Japan China Economic and Cultural Exchange Center, as the ambassador for the global promotion of "Hello, Shenyang", to promote the continuous upgrading of "Hello, Shenyang" global promotion brand.
Ma Xiaoping is currently the Chairman of the Japan China Economic and Cultural Exchange Center. He actively unites overseas Chinese in Japan, promotes cultural and economic exchanges between China and Japan, and has made positive contributions to friendly exchanges and economic and trade activities between the Chinese and Japanese people.
At the appointment ceremony, Ma Xiaoping expressed that as a native of Shenyang, he is very happy and proud to see the continuous optimization of the business environment, the sustained improvement of foreign-related public services, and the rapid development of international city construction. Through the platform of the Japan China Economic and Cultural Exchange Center, he will actively promote Shenyang, has its voice heard, tell its story well, showcase its image, and create an upgraded version of the global promotion brand "Hello, Shenyang".
