On March 5, the International Education School of Shenyang University of Chemical Technology held a themed activity to carry forward Lei Feng spirit. About 40 international students from more than 20 countries across four continents, including Thailand, Kyrgyzstan and Mexico, participated in the activity.

During the activity, teachers from the International Education School shared the heroic deeds of Lei Feng with international students and organized them to watch the movie "Lei Feng", so that the image of Lei Feng was deeply rooted in the hearts of international students.

After watching the film, the international students made paper-cutting works on Comrade Lei Feng. They felt Lei Feng spirit and appreciated the charm of Chinese excellent traditional culture via the paper-cutting art.

"Lei Feng has influenced all Chinese people with his short and ordinary life. He always helped others and he was diligent and thrifty," said PHITCHAPHA PRAKOPJINDA, a student from Thailand. "Through the movie, I have learned about many touching stories of Lei Feng. I want to learn from him and contribute to the exchanges between China and our country," she added.

"I want to start from myself and give a helping hand to the people in need with love and patience. In Africa, we need this spirit to build our country better. I want to bring this spirit back to Africa, which is a precious spiritual wealth," said M. SHIRE SUDI., a doctoral candidate from Kenya.
