On March 15th, at the invitation of Shenyang People’s Association for Friendship Association(Shenyang PAFFC), Zhao Guangpu, Vice President of Singa-China Economic & Cultural Exchange Association and Director of the Experience Education Center at Singapore University of Social Sciences, led a delegation to visit Shenyang. They inspected Northeast Yucai School, and had discussions and exchanges with Shenyang PAFFC, the Municipal Education Bureau, and Northeast Yucai School on Singapore's public university exchange projects and strengthening inter school friendly cooperation.

Zhao Guangpu said that the Singa-China Economic & Cultural Exchange Association upholds the concept of "adapting to the times, keeping pace with the times, and creating the future", actively builds an exchange platform to promote economic cooperation between Singapore and China, provides support for deepening local exchanges, and focuses on introducing the diversified education model of the Singapore University of Social Sciences (Public School). Jin Tiejun, Chairman of Allstar Singapore (Public Education Program) and President of East Asia High School, expressed his hope that outstanding students from Northeast Yucai School can participate in online and offline overseas themed courses at the National University of Singapore, to enrich their knowledge structure, and expand their global perspective.

Li Hongjie, Vice President of Northeast Yucai School, stated that Northeast Yucai School is a provincial-level demonstration high school, excellent talent education experimental school, and advanced science and technology innovation school. He hopes to promote exchanges and cooperation with Singapore's education field through the delegation's visit, help Chinese students understand Singapore's education system, and plan their future academic development reasonably.

Next, Shenyang PAFFC will establish a work coordination mechanism with Singa-China Economic & Cultural Exchange Association, actively promote the establishment of friendly cooperation schools between Singapore and relevant schools in the city, and actively promote inter school cooperation and exchange.
