On February 18, the Launch Ceremony and Investment Promotion Event for the Building of Shenyang as An Internationalized Central City in Northeast Asia was held in Shenyang.

This event has received extensive attention and active responses from enterprises, business associations and key institutions both at home and abroad, attracting high-quality cooperation resources from around the world. Representatives from central enterprises, private enterprises, foreign enterprises, financial institutions in Shenyang, business associations, consulates in Shenyang, and investment promotion representatives, with a total of over 400 people, attended the event to discuss development.

At the event, Shenyang released 513 application scenarios around "one highland, one hub, four centers", with investment and cooperation opportunities worth a total of 928.3 billion yuan.

On the same day, a signing ceremony for major projects was also held. 30 key projects such as the green aviation fuel production base project, the national new energy industry comprehensive pilot project and the strategic cooperation project of Shenyang International Land Port, were signed on site. These projects cover industries such as high-end equipment, automobiles and auto parts, information technology, food, energy and modern services, with an estimated investment of 173 billion yuan.
