On March 20, Asadov Rizo Raupovich, Deputy Governor of Bukhara Region of Uzbekistan, led a delegation to visit Shenyang. Vice Mayor Liu Kebin met with the delegation.

Liu Kebin introduced in detail the development of Shenyang City. He stated that the friendship between China and Uzbekistan has a long history. Last year, the relations between the two countries were elevated to an all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership in the new era. Shenyang City is willing to continuously strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Bukhara Region and Bukhara City in various fields such as economic and trade cooperation, cultural tourism, and friendship city exchanges under the strategic guidance of the heads of the two countries. Asadov Rizo Raupovich said that the traditional friendship between the two countries has been accumulated through the thousand-year-old Silk Road civilization and has entered a golden age under the strategic guidance of the heads of the two countries. The industrial structures of Bukhara Region and Shenyang have both similarity and complementarity. He is willing to strengthen practical cooperation with Shenyang in many fields such as industrial parks, textiles, construction, and tourism. He sincerely welcomes Shenyang enterprises to conduct on-site inspections and invest and start businesses in Bukhara Region.

The delegation inspected key enterprises such as Northern Heavy Industries and Shenyang Yuanda Group, and gained an in-depth understanding of the development of the enterprises. The two sides carried out in-depth exchanges on aspects such as industrial cooperation, and reached a number of consensuses. Deputy Governor Asadov Rizo Raupovich said that through this visit, he fully felt that the solid industrial foundation and broad development prospects of Shenyang, and there is great potential for cooperation between the two sides. He looks forward to taking this inspection as an opportunity to further strengthen the networking between the government and enterprises, deepen practical cooperation, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
