At the signing ceremony for key projects between China and ROK, 7 projects including the China ROK International Economic and Trade Industrial Park, China ROK Enterprise Financial Demonstration Center, and Intercrew Fashion and Life Center were signed on site. Among them, the "Five Parks and One Center" of the China ROK International Economic and Trade Industrial Park (China ROK Fashion Innovation Industrial Park, Anna International Cross border E-commerce Park, China ROK Life and Health Industrial Park, China ROK Cultural and Tourism Creative Park, China ROK Financial Cooperation and Development Demonstration Park, and China ROK International Cultural Exchange Center) were officially launched and will attract a group of enterprises of ROK national high-end brand, cultivating, and gathering a group of high-quality ROK small and medium-sized innovative enterprises, comprehensively promoting China ROK innovative and characteristic cultural industries in Huanggu District, extending the industrial chain and transforming the products to the high-end, deepening friendly exchanges and cooperation in economic, trade, culture, and other fields at higher levels, on a larger scale, and in a wider range.

In recent years, Huanggu District has focused on cooperation with ROK, on reform and innovation, and on building an international economic and trade industrial park between China and ROK. Huanggu District has comprehensively built a service trade platform for foreign-funded and trade enterprises, targeting the fields of fashion culture, artificial intelligence, health and medical care, cultural creativity, intelligent manufacturing, cross-border e-commerce and esports between China and ROK. Through multi-channel and all-round investment attraction, Huanggu has focused on promoting deeper and higher-level opening up, helping Shenyang accelerate the construction of an international center city in Northeast Asia and build a hub for open cooperation in Northeast Asia.
