On the closing ceremony of the 2nd Hello Shenyang Friendship Football Tournament for Foreign Nationals in Shenyang, Liu Zhenning, member of the Party Leadership Group of Shenyang FAO and Deputy Secretary-General of Shenyang People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries  conferred to Shenyang City University the title of Shenyang International Exchange Demo Center on behalf of Shenyang Foreign Affairs Office. Liu Shuang, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice President of Shenyang City University noted that the University will take the opportunity of being conferred the title of Shenyang International Exchange Demo Center to promote international cooperation in the education sector, strengthen mutual learning between the University and foreign universities and colleges and facilitate international exchanges in more sectors at various levels.
