From April 21st to 23rd, at the invitation of the Shenyang People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Cha Hong-kyu, Chairman of the Korea-China Art Association, led the delegation to attend the "Hello, Shenyang" Cross-region • Mutual Appreciation —— International Youth Aesthetic Education Achievement Exhibition hosted by Shenyang City University. The delegation carried out exchanges in the fields of culture, art, education, and youth, etc., using art as a medium to build a bridge for people-to-people cultural exchanges between China and South Korea.

Liu Zhenning, Deputy Secretary General of the Shenyang People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, met with the delegation. He appointed Chairman Cha Hong-kyu as a member of the Fourth Council of the Shenyang People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, expressed gratitude to him for his long-term promotion of people-to-people cultural and artistic exchanges between Shenyang and South Korea, and hoped that he would continue to contribute to the people-to-people exchanges between China and South Korea. The two sides also had in-depth discussions on promoting the establishment of friendly and cooperative relations between Shenyang and Hwaseong City, South Korea.
At the "Hello, Shenyang" Cross-region • Mutual Appreciation —— International Youth Aesthetic Education Achievement Exhibition, more than 40 fine works of oil paintings, sculptures, and industrial designs by the Korea-China Art Association were exhibited. Chairman Cha Hong-kyu shared his artistic creation process, vividly interpreting the charm of the art world, and presented calligraphy works on the spot. Lee Eung-sun, the Chief Vice Chairman, presented a painting as a gift. Shenyang City University appointed Chairman Cha Hong-kyu and Chief Vice Chairman Lee Eung-sun as visiting professors on the spot.
The delegation visited Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, toured the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center for Industrial Design of the academy, carried out exchanges and discussions, and reached consensus with Hu Bingwen, the Vice President, on issues such as the inheritance of culture and art, joint exhibitions during the Korea Week, strengthening student exchanges, and carrying out cooperation in the field of design.
