Under the joint organization and promotion of Shenyang Foreign Affairs Office and Shenyang Municipal Education Bureau, 33 youth paintings from 23 schools were selected for exhibition. These works artfully incorporate elements of landmark buildings, cultural customs, and specialty cuisine of Shenyang. Among them, two works, "Sakura Showcases the Friendship between Two Cities" and "Match in the Same Time and Space," won the highest award - the Excellence Award.
This exhibition is one of the series of activities of the "2025 Asian Athletics Championships" in Gumi City, with the aim of promoting cultural and youth exchanges with international friendship cities. Since entering into a friendly cooperative partnership in June 1997, Shenyang and Gumi have carried out practical exchanges across multiple sectors including trade, sports, and youth engagement. Particularly, close and frequent exchanges in the youth sector have infused lasting vitality into the development of friendly relations between the two cities.
