The Second International Conference in Industrial Finance of Asian Financial Cooperation Association was held in Shenyang on August 28. Experts and scholars at home and abroad gathered together again to discuss the development of industrial finance under the new situation. Shenyang Mayor Jiang Youwei and Pan Guangwei, Party Secretary and Executive Vice-president of the China Banking Association and First Vice-president of Asian Financial Cooperation Association delivered speeches successively. Zhang Gengsheng, Director of Industrial Finance Cooperation Committee and Executive Vice-president of China Construction Bank Corp and Kazushi Takeda, Deputy Director of Industrial Finance Cooperation Committee, President of Mizuho Bank (China), Ltd. and Executive Officer of Mizuho Bank made speeches respectively. The participating leaders and guests also jointly launched the launch ceremony of the Global Industrial Finance Observer Report (2019). 

The conference was hosted by the Asian Financial Cooperation Association and Shenyang Municipal People's Government, and the theme is "Connectivity, Cooperation, Joint Governance, and Shared Benefits". 

Jiang Youwei introduced the positive and stable development of Shenyang in his speech. Jiang Youwei said that Shenyang has earnestly implemented the guiding principles from General Secretary Xi Jinping's speeches at the symposium on in-depth promotion of the Northeast revitalization and his inspection tour in Liaoning, firmly grasp the essential requirement of financial services for the real economy, to develop the financial industry, promote the close integration of economy and finance and speed up the construction of the northeast regional financial center. Shenyang has injected more financial "living water" for enterprise development and industrial upgrading. Shenyang sincerely hoped that all major financial institutions could have an in-depth understanding of Shenyang, actively invest in Shenyang and jointly discover and create value with excellent enterprises. Governments at all levels will provide the best quality administrative services, and help the integration of industry and finance with the first-class business environment for win-win development. 

Pan Guangwei spoke highly of the new achievements in Shenyang's revitalization and development in his speech. He said that Asian Financial Cooperation Association will continue to work with all sectors of society to serve as a bridge and bond, promote regional and international consensus, promote the formulation of industrial financial standards and rules, and promote innovation in international cooperation, international financial governance concepts and financial products and services. 

At the meeting, Vice Mayor Peng Zhaowen signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement on behalf of the municipal government with Postal Savings Bank of China Liaoning Branch, and Shenyang Comprehensive Financial Service Platform Construction and Operation Cooperation Agreement with NewUp Bank of Liaoning. China Construction Bank Liaoning Branch signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Liaoning Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and Bank of Communications Liaoning Branch signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Shenyang International Software Park. Keynote speeches and thematic discussions were also held at the conference.
