The launching ceremony of "Having fun in Zhongjie Road during the Passionate Summer" Zhongjie Road Cultural Tourism Shopping Festival was held in Zhongjie Road on the evening of August 17.

Hundreds of people holding red flags and sang Ode to the Motherland and My Beloved Motherland and Me. At the start of the ceremony, a passionate flash mob chorus lit up the scene. A total of 8 different display spots were set up on Zhongjie Road pedestrian street during the launching ceremony. There are light opera performances on the second floor of the historical building Jishun Silk (now known as Heshi Ophthalmology Hospital), violin performances on the second floor of Zhongjie Frozen Novelties, lively cross-talk, clapper talk and charming Jingdong Drum performances on the pedestrian street. The colorful cultural performance attracted many passers-by to stop and watch and added gorgeous colors to Zhongjie Road at night.

The event will last until October. Meanwhile, Zhongjie Road pedestrian street will launch different arts and entertainment shopping activities every day.
