According to the Traffic Police Department of Shenyang Public Security Bureau on August 19, in order to play the role of scientific and technological facilities in traffic management better and further standardize traffic order and traffic safety, 93 new fixed traffic technical monitoring equipment (electronic police monitors) were added in Shenyang. Among them, 90 monitors are in Xinmin City and 3 monitors are on Beijing-Harbin Expressway.
