Shenyang Expo Garden will stage the winter "flowery" theme season from January 15 to March 1, allowing visitors to bring "spring" home in midwinter. 

The orchid exhibition in the rose garden takes orchid culture as the main line, with the idea of environmental protection, nature, and innovation. The flower selling area provides tourists with high-quality flowers and free delivery service within the 3rd Ring Road of Shenyang. In winter, the scenic spot ticket can be used as money. Tickets can be exchanged for 25 RMB Yuan (one ticket can only be exchanged for 1 voucher), and the voucher can be used when buying flowers at designated flower selling places. 

Regulations and Suggestions in Winter

●The scenic spot opens from 9:00 to 16:30 with the last entry at 16:00 in winter. The ticket price is 25 RMB Yuan/person. The ticket price is applicable to adults, students, and seniors. 

●The West Entrance (Gate 4) and the South Entrance (Gate 6) of the scenic area will be temporarily closed. Visitors are requested to take the detour at Shenqi Road and buy tickets at the box office of Phoenix Square (Gate 1). 

●The service of the parking lot at the West Entrance (Gate 4) and the South Entrance (Gate 6) will be suspended. Self-driving tourists are advised to park their vehicles in the parking lot No. 1 of Phoenix Square. 

●The Forest Park playground, Science Popularization Pavilion and Lily Tower in the scenic area will be repaired and maintained in winter and the operation will be suspended. 

●Part of the public lavatories in the scenic area will be temporarily closed due to pipeline maintenance in winter.
