On March 15, ChinaEV100, CAERI, CAICT and CAUPD released the "Vehicle-City Cooperation Development Annual Report (2023)" (hereinafter referred to as the Report), of which the index assessment covers 23 cities in China. The assessment results show that the top 10 cities are Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Suzhou, Shenyang, Hengyang, Chengdu and Wuxi.
Shenyang, as the only city included in the list in NE China, ranks equal sixth with Suzhou. Shenyang is rated as an excellent city in the three first-level indicators of facility cooperation, data cooperation and application cooperation, and is promoted as one of top 10 practice cases of vehicle-city cooperation in the Report.
Vehicle-city cooperation development index is a third-party test and evaluation system to fully support the inspection, test, assessment and certification for the system functions and performance related to road-side, platform-side and application-side in the urban vehicle-city cooperation. The test and evaluation system includes four dimensions: policy and guarantee, facility cooperation, data cooperation and application cooperation.
In recent two years, Shenyang has made every effort to promote the "Three-year Action Plan for High-quality Development of Shenyang Automobile Industry", and regarded building a perfect intelligent connected automobile ecosystem as one of its key tasks. After more than two years of practice, Shenyang intelligent connected automobile ecology has begun to take shape, and the "Shenyang Practice of China Plan for Vehicle-Road-Cloud Integration" has achieved fruitful results.
