From September 6th to 9th, Wang Linxiang, Secretary of the CPC Dadong District Committee, led a delegation to Munich, Germany to carry out investment promotion activities. The delegation has achieved fruitful results visiting many world leading enterprises such as BMW, eLoaded and Dekra to discuss and promote a number of key projects such as BMW's Plant Dadong New Project, eLoaded charging station production base and Dekra testing base, etc. 

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Germany. Germany has been one of the most important economic and trade partners to Dadong District. At the "Hello Shenyang" Global Promotion Event (Munich), Wang Linxiang presented Dadong to over 150 representatives from the German political and business sectors. He stated that Dadong is one of the central urban districts of Shenyang, with profound cultural and historical heritage, a century long glorious national industry, convenient transportation network connectivity, sustained economic growth, clear and accurate development goals, and diversified industrial system upgrading. Currently, Dadong District is thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and implementing the Three Year Action Plan for Comprehensive Revitalization and New Breakthroughs. With a strong momentum of growth, he hopes that Dadong will be the focus of investment and business development for enterprises. Dadong District will continue to optimize the business environment and provide high-quality service for enterprises and projects.

Dadong District continues to promote the transformation and upgrading of the automotive industry, accelerating the construction of the first intelligent connected vehicle commercial zone in Northeast China and the core carrier area of the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industry. These promotion activities in Germany fully leverages the industrial advantages of Dadong District, further deepening friendly exchanges and practical cooperation with important partners such as BMW, eLoaded, and Dekra, reaching cooperation agreement with Webasto and Huizhong Automotive Chassis System Germany , expanding cooperation in multiple fields, yielding more fruitful results, and continuously improving the level of opening up.
