Mass ice and snow activities are held, including Ice and Snow Carnival of Shenyang Olympic Sports Center, Qipan Mountain Ice and Snow World, Shenyang Golden Rose Ice-Snow World in Shenhe District Culture and Sports Center, Shenyang Citizens' Winter Sports Games, Ice Dragon Boat Race, Snowfield Football Village Super League, Ice and Snow Carnival of Tiexi District Shiyi Fireworks Town, Ice and Snow Carnival of Beiling Park, Hunnan Winter Dream Ice and Snow Park, and Kangping Wolong Lake Ice and Snow Marathon.

❉High-level professional ice and snow sports events will be staged.

Following the 2nd National Junior Skiing Tour (Shenyang Dongbeiya Division) held on January 16, the 3rd Revitalization Cup Shenyang Youth Ice Hockey Tournament will take place from February 9 to 16.

This year's event comprises five groups of U6, U8, U10, U12 and U14. It is expected to attract 60 to 80 teams, with over 1,500 athletes from home and abroad. Additionally, players and their family members, a total of over 5,000 people, will visit Shenyang for the games and tourism.
