Good news!The Shenyang Biochemical Engineering Industrial Park,the first approved biochemical engineering industrial park in Liaoning Province,officially set sail.

At the press conference held by the Information Office of Shenyang Municipal People's Government on February 12, Wang Lixun, county magistrate of Kangping, introduced that the Shenyang Biochemical Engineering Industrial Park received formal recognition from seven departments including the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Liaoning Province on January 16, becoming the first approved biochemical engineering industrial park in Liaoning Province.

The Shenyang Biochemical Engineering Industrial Park is located in the northern part of Chaoyang Industrial Park of Liaoning Kangping Economic Development Zone,with a recognized area of 4.48 square kilometers.According to plan,the park will be divided into five functional zones.

✔The green energy industrial zone focuses on developing industries such as green hydrogen, green ammonia, green methanol and bio-jet fuel.

✔The bio-manufacturing industrial zone focuses on developing bio-based chemicals industries such as pharmaceutical intermediates, enzyme preparations and recombinant proteins.

✔The new materials industrial zone focuses on developing industries such as degradable materials, high-performance membrane materials and new composite materials.

✔The fine chemical industry zone focuses on developing fine chemical industries such as green and efficient catalysts, ultra-pure high-purity reagents and medical materials, to provide strong support for industrial synergy in the chemical field for Shenyang's industrial development.

✔The public utility support zone serves as the core of public utility services for the park.

The Shenyang Biochemical Engineering Industrial Park,which settled in Kangping County,not only significantly enhances the carrying capacity of Shenyang's petrochemical industry development,but also fills the gap in the biochemical engineering industry in Shenyang and the entire province,marking a key milestone in Shenyang's biochemical engineering industry layout and development.
