Standing at the Tiexi District Gymnasium,memories of the classic matches that thrilled Liaoning fans replay vividly....The former "auspicious home court" of Liaoning Football Team is about to return.

The renovation and upgrading of Shenyang Tiexi District Gymnasium has officially started.It will be transformed into Shenyang's first professional football stadium and become the new home court of Liaoning Tieren Football Club.

Unlike comprehensive stadium, professional football stadium is designed and built specifically for football matches. It does not have sports facilities such as athletics tracks on the periphery. The stands are closer to the field, providing a better viewing experience.In addition, professional football stadium can meet international standards in terms of turf quality, drainage, lighting and supporting facilities, so that it is more suitable and capable of meeting the demands of professional football matches.

After the renovation and upgrading, the Tiexi District Gymnasium will be transformed into a professional sports venue with a capacity of 40,000 people, and it will also be the first professional football stadium in Shenyang.Currently, there are over ten professional football stadiums that have been completed and put into use in China, located in cities such as Shanghai, Chengdu, Beijing, Dalian, Qingdao, Xiamen, Chongqing and Xi'an.

The renovation project of Tiexi District Gymnasium is scheduled to be completed by the end of May this year. Following approval from the Chinese Football Association, the new stadium will serve as the new home court of Liaoning Tieren Football Club.
