The 213 YC-Future Audiovisual Culture Industry Park is set to open on June 23.

The 213 YC-Future Audiovisual Culture Industry Park is located on the former site of Shenyang 213 Machine Tool Electrical Appliance Factory.In terms of functions, the industry park can provide five services, including shooting service, live streaming service, enterprise service, incubation service, and tourism service.In terms of space, it can be divided into six areas, including indoor scene, outdoor street scene, XR studio, live streaming interaction area, operation and maintenance service area, and post-production area.

According to the overall plan, the first phase encompasses 30 filming scenes, 11 of which are currently under construction, with the rest scheduled for completion by late July.Upon completion, the industry park can meet the shooting needs of short dramas in various genres, including period drama, modern urban drama, historical costume drama, family drama, sci-fi drama and animation drama.

It is expected that within five years, the revenue of the enterprises within the industry park will reach 3 billion yuan, at least 50 enterprises above designated size will be cultivated, 150 micro-short dramas will be produced, and 30 of them will have over 10 million views on all major platforms.The industry park is expected to develop into a benchmark for the micro-short drama industry in NE China.

With substantial financial and policy support,as well as robust resources,the industry park possesses the key advantages to empower enterprises to achieve remarkable growth.

In terms of policy support:

✔Dadong District offers comprehensive support to the industry park, encompassing financial assistance, approval processes and services. It has established a fund pool of 20 million yuan and an industrial fund of 10 million yuan to support the audiovisual industry.

✔The Liaoning Radio and Television Bureau has authorized the establishment of the first batch of short video approval expert service stations across the province, opening a green channel for rapid approval and filing.

✔For leading enterprises in the industry or key enterprises in the industrial chain, customized support and full-cycle services will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

In terms of resources:

✔The industry park boasts 30 filming scenes, and is equipped with XR virtual studios, AI generation laboratories and other technical application scenarios.

✔It has established partnerships with leading video platforms such as Youku and Hongguo, and successfully signed contracts with short drama industry leaders such as Joy Media and Qishu Youyu.

✔It has obtained permission for filming and scene selection from scenic areas within the city, including Shenyang Imperial Palace, the 9.18 Historical Museum in Shenyang, and Zhang Xueliang's Former Residence Museum.

✔The Shenyang Online Literature Writer Union was established.
