    According to Shenyang Meteorological Observatory's weather report at 5 am on February 14th , from 12 pm 14th to 16th day time, there will be continuous heavy snow weather in Shenyang, the average precipitation will be 10-18 mm and added snow depth will be 10-18 cm. Light and moderate snow remains during the day on the 16th. Shenyang will experience the strongest snowfall process since 2009.
