9月28日0-24时，辽宁省新增1例境外输入新冠肺炎确诊病例，为沈阳市报告；新增4例境外输入无症状感染者，其中沈阳市报告3例、大连市报告1例。治愈出院本土新冠肺炎确诊病例1例、境外输入新冠肺炎确诊病例1例；解除医学观察本土无症状感染者20例、境外输入无症状感染者7例。 

截至9月28日24时，全省累计报告确诊病例1892例（含境外输入297例），治愈出院1871例，死亡2例，在院治疗19例（本土6例、境外输入13例）。目前，尚在医学观察的无症状感染者89例（本土66例、境外输入23例）。

Liaoning Province saw 1 new imported confirmed case reported in Shenyang, 4 imported asymptomatic cases reported (3 in Shenyang, 1 in Dalian), 1 local and 1 imported confirmed cases cured and discharged from hospital, 20 local and 7 imported asymptomatic cases released from medical observation from 00:00 to 24:00, September 28.

As of 24:00 September 28, a total of 1892 confirmed cases (including 297 imported cases from abroad) including 1871 discharged after recovery from hospital, 2 deaths and 19 cases (6 local, 13 imported) being treated in hospital had been reported in Liaoning Province. 89 asymptomatic cases (66 local, 23 imported) are under medical observation.
