According to the press conference held by the Information Office of Shenyang Municipal People's Government that Shenyang will hold the "Shenyang City Opportunity Scenario List Release and Key Project Signing Ceremony on Cloud" on April 23, focusing on the release of 8 city visions, which are expected to release investment opportunities of 1.1 trillion RMB Yuan. 

Shenyang releases its demand list of city scenarios for the first time.

The theme of this conference is "Sense the Future with Scenarios". Based on the development principle of "Open up Scenario and Win-win Cooperation", it will release the scenario demand list for the first time to more than 60 countries and regions at home and abroad. According to the knowledge and mastery of Shenyang Municipal Commerce Bureau, this will be the first conference in the country to simultaneously release the list of scenarios and unveil the list of companies for the list of projects. 

The release will focus on anchoring the city vision of "one hub, four centers" construction, international consumption central city construction, livable and workable high-quality city construction and digital twin smart city construction, and promote the scenario-based development strategy, opportunity-based scenario resources, and list-based introduction and cultivation opportunities. The conference will gather domestic and foreign enterprises, technology, talent resources, give play to the demonstration and leading role of scenario investment attraction, opening up and cooperation and opportunity sharing in Northeast China, comprehensively promote the establishment of Shenyang as the National Central City at a high level, and shape a new city image of "opening up and cooperation".

The release of city opportunity scenario list is an important way to supply Shenyang's "city opportunity list" as a scenario through the expression form of application scenario project and list, which is released through the online live webcast to provide investors, enterprises and talents from various countries and regions around the world with opportunities to develop in Shenyang. 

This conference will focus on the release of 8 major city visions, covering 36 scenario types such as smart manufacturing, digital information technology application innovation industry, smart city, smart travel, air-space technology, smart medical, smart factory, new retail, new landmarks, etc., with 1053 scenario projects, which are expected to release investment opportunities of 1.1 trillion RMB Yuan. 

Among them, in order to promote the scenario construction and investment work at a high level, the relevant departments have selected the first batch of 30 new economic heavyweight scenarios, comprehensively focusing on leading industries and emerging industries, accelerating the promotion of "project clearance" to create an urban brand that is suitable for the development of the new economy as "the first city in the Northeast scenario". 

The conference also invited a group of representatives from new species enterprises such as unicorns, potential unicorns and Nezha, as well as representatives from some well-known enterprises, financial institutions, intermediary agencies, business associations, key research institutes and universities. A signing ceremony will be held on cloud, with 152 key projects expected to be signed and a total investment of 129.53 billion RMB Yuan.
