The number of high-tech enterprises in Shenyang reached 3,400 in 2021,according to a reporter on January 21 from the Summary Conference 2021 and the Development Planning Conference 2022 held by Shenyang High-tech Enterprises Association(hereinafter referred to as the"Association").

It is reported that the Association has provided online and offline training for more than 10,000 technology-based enterprises in the city throughout the year.A gradient training system is formed based on"technology-based SMEs,high-tech enterprises,innovative enterprises,high-growth SMEs and leading enterprises".With basic training enhanced and innovative service methods strengthened,the number of high-tech enterprises is expected to reach more than 5,000 by 2023.
