The international rare earth valley project includes three major sectors: The R&D Base of Amer International Group's Northeast Regional Headquarters, Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Industry Base, and Special Copper Wire and Cable Industry Base.

Amer Dadong New Kinetic Energy Material Industrial Park Project is mainly to build an industry supply chain management service center for high-speed rail new materials, high-performance copper foil production, and metal and lithium battery, injecting new impetus to promote the concentration of rare earth and high-end metal materials industries in Shenyang.
