On February 8, 2018, Mr. Terry Branstad led a delegation to Shenyang. During his visit in Shenyang, the Ambassador visited QSI International School of Shenyang and met with Mr. Chen Qiufa, Secretary of the CPC Liaoning Provincial Committee and Mr. Jiang Youwei, Mayor of Shenyang Municipal Government, aiming to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Shenyang and Liaoning in various sectors.
