Since the Belt and Road Initiative was brought out more than 3 years ago, there has been frequent trade exchange between Shenyang and 66 Belt and Road countries in consumer goods, services, technology and capital. From 2014 to 2016, there were 39 new projects invested in Belt and Road Countries with a total agreed investment of 378 million US dollars, 79 out-sourced contracts with the contract value of 1.73 billion US dollars, and an export volume of 6.72 billion US dollars. Especially in 2016, the total export volume to Belt and Road countries was 1.34 billion US dollars, accounting for 31.8% of the total. 48 newly invested companies in Belt and Road countries had the contract value of 1.197 billion US dollars, increasing by 108.5% year on year. During the first quarter of this year, Shenyang companies have directly invested 3 non-financial projects with a contract value of 78.135 million US dollars, increasing by 14.7% year on year, and signed 3 out-sourced contracts with a value of 29.955 million US Dollars, accounting for 46.4% of total amount of the newly signed outsource contracts.
