In the morning of January 30, Mr. Asaf, Special Envoy to China of Garadagh District, Azerbaijan and Mr. Sun Peng, President of Shenyang Qichao Consulting Company met with Mr. Wang Jingying, Director of Shenyang Foreign Affairs Office. Mr. Asaf introduced the basic profiles of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Garadagh as well as the investment environment of the Republic of Azerbaijan and invited representatives of our Office to attend the International Conference on the Trans-Caspian Sea East-West Trade and Transit Corridor held in Beijing on February 6. Our Office made an introduction of the 18th World Winter Cities Conference for Mayors to Mr. Asaf and invited him to attend the event. Both sides reached consensus on enhancing mutual visits and exchanges and cooperation between Shenyang and Azerbaijan, jointly inviting Mayor of Garadagh and Mayor of Sumqayit to the World Winter Cities Conference for Mayors and developing friendly relationship with Sumqayit, etc.
