On August 28, Director Chen Shuangwei of Shenyang Foreign Affairs Office met with Annette Sévery, the newly appointed Consul General of Germany in Shenyang, and her delegation.

Mr. Chen welcomed Ms. Annette Sévery to Shenyang, introduced the city's basic situation and latest socioeconomic development trends. He emphasized that Shenyang Foreign Affairs Office has maintained robust communication and cooperation with the German Consulate in Shenyang, jointly organizing events like "Hello, Shenyang" Germany-China Friendship Night and "Germany-China Encounters," which steadily advanced exchanges between Shenyang and Germany.
