On December 20, at the construction site of the track project of Nanwu Road Station of Shenyang Metro Line 4, with the completion of the concrete pouring of the last track bed, the track laying for the whole line of Shenyang Metro Line 4 is completed, laying a solid foundation for the opening and operation of the line.

The first phase of Shenyang Metro Line 4 starts from Zhengxin Road Station in the north and ends at Chuangxin Road Station in the south, with a total length of 34.112 kilometers, all of which are underground lines with 23 stations.

The main structure of all stations has been capped on March 23, 2022, and all tunnels have been connected on September 19, 2022.

Shenyang Metro Line 4 passes through Heping District, Huanggu District, Shenhe District, Dadong District, Sujiatun District and Hunnan District, and runs through Shenyangbei Railway Station, Shenyangnan Railway Station, Taiyuan Street, Shenyang University, Changbai Island, Hunnan Industrial Zone and other areas.

After the South Extension Line of Shenyang Metro Line 2 and Metro Line 4 are put into operation, the situation of "air-rail combined transport" will be further extended, and the travel quality and efficiency of citizens will be greatly improved.
