During the research, Director Chen Shuangwei and his team listened in detail to the introduction of the park's planning, project construction, investment promotion and other aspects, and had in-depth exchanges with the park and enterprise leaders on further deepening foreign cooperation and optimizing foreign affairs services.

During the discussion and exchange with the CPC Liaozhong District Committee and Government, Chen Shuangwei stated that the China-Russia Economic and Trade Cooperation Industrial Park is an important platform for Shenyang to accelerate the construction of an international central city in Northeast Asia and fully promote opening up to the north. The Foreign Affairs Office of Shenyang municipal government will fully leverage the role of the working team serving the China-Russia Industrial Park, actively "deliver policies, provide services, frequently facilitate cooperation and solve problems", and promote the in-depth integration of foreign affairs resources with the development of the park. In response to the actual needs of investment promotion and foreign cooperation in the park, efforts will be made to actively coordinate foreign affairs channels and resources such as embassies and consulates, international friendship cities, and business associations to support Liaozhong District in high-quality advancing the construction of the China-Russia Industrial Park. Multiple measures will be taken to enhance the international reputation and influence of the park.

Ding Yinan stated that Liaozhong District resolutely implements the work arrangements of the CPC Municipal Committee and Government, closely centers on the development strategy of the park, adheres to high standards in promoting infrastructure construction, continuously optimizes the business environment, and fully promotes new breakthroughs in investment attraction and project implementation.
