On the morning of September 20th, the third "Hello, Shenyang" friendly football tournament for foreign nationals in Shenyang,with the theme of "FOOTBALL UNITES THE WORLD OPENING-UP PAVES THE FUTURE", kicked off at Shenyang Jianzhu University.

This competition is hosted by the Shenyang Municipal People's Government and jointly organized by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shenyang Municipal People's Government, and the Shenyang People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the Shenyang Sports Bureau, and Shenyang Jianzhu University. Four football teams, including those from the Consulates General of the United States, Japan and Germany in Shenyang, the enterprises of respective countries in Shenyang and international students from Shenyang Jianzhu University, are participating in the competition. Officials from consulates General of various countries in Shenyang and other foreigners in the city gathered on the football field to witness this international event that combines sports competition and multicultural integration.

This competition lasts for two days and is full of excitement throughout. At the opening ceremony, the cross-border integration of sports and art ignited the passion of the entire audience. The distinctive cultural performances of China, the United States, Japan, the ROK, and Germany profoundly interpreted the event's concept of "diversity and integration, interactive communication". On the field, the passion for competition continues to heat up. Players from different countries convey friendship through competition and showcase their talents through teamwork. Among them, the American team is participating for the first time. Outside the competition venue, traditional Chinese sports such as archery, Cuju and land dragon boat racing have become popular activities for interaction and communication among Chinese and foreign friends. In addition, the organizing unit, Shenyang Jianzhu University, specially planned the "Consular Officials' Visit to Jianzhu University" event, inviting diplomats to enter the campus and immerse themselves in experiencing the university's rich academic atmosphere, profound historical heritage and vigorous youthful vitality.
