Efficient Services of the "One-Stop" Service Platform for Foreigners Support the Development of an "International Shenyang"

The One-Stop Comprehensive Service Platform for Entry-Exit Personnel in Shenyang has continuously optimized foreign-related public services, responded to the demands of foreign enterprises and nationals with efficient and pragmatic measures, and make every efforts to create a first-class market-oriented, law-based and international business environment.

Recently, the platform accurately reponded to the needs of Liaoning Xinglin Plastic Surgery Hospital Group Co., Ltd. in introducing foreign talents. Adhering to the philosophy that "the business environment is the environment for development" and prioritizing the "urgent, difficult, anxious and long-awaited" needs of enterprises, a special networking mechanism was quickly established. Led by the platform director, a special service team was set up to provide full-process "butler-style" services for the enterprise, including document guidance, pre-trial checks and inter-departmental coordination, ensuring the efficient completion of relevant procedures. The enterprise highly recognized the professional, efficient and thoughtful services of the platform, which has become another successful case of the platform further improving its foreign-related service capabilities.

Since its operation, the platform has always adhered to the service standards of "handling upon landing, handling before landing, full-process agency and one time completion", and is committed to providing foreign nationals with full-process and integrated convenient services such as entry physical examination, work permit and residence permit. Since the beginning of this year, the platform has received 131 online and offline business consultations, provided appointment and accompanying inspection services for 544 foreign nationals, and handled businesses including "one time process of work permit and residence permit" and visa extension.

Next, the Foreign Affairs Office of the Municipal People's Government will continue to work with relevant departments such as the Administrative Committee of Shenyang Area of China (Liaoning) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Bureau of Exit-Entry Administration of Shenyang Public Security Bureau, and the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, take platform development as the starting point, continuously integrate resources, optimize processes, and improve the professionalization and standard of foreign-related services. Joint efforts will also be made to promote the development of international business environment such as international communities, international schools and international hospitals, provide support for more foreign nationals who work, live and study in Shenyang, and accelerate the development of Shenyang as an international central city in Northeast Asia.
