On November 28, the Party Branch of Shenyang People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries(SYPAFFC) and the Party Branch of Nanhu Police Station of Heping Subbureau of Shenyang Public Security Bureau carried out a joint study and exchange activity, engaging in in-depth discussions on promoting the deep integration of “Foreign Affairs + Police Service”.

During the event, both sides exchanged views on topics including the development history and contemporary value of people-to-people diplomacy, basic knowledge of foreign affairs protocol, management and services for foreign nationals, security arrangements for large-scale events and the handling of foreign-related emergencies. They analyzed the opportunities and challenges of foreign-related police service in the new situation and shared Shenyang’s practices in innovating entry-exit policies and optimizing services. Additionally, both sides discussed the case of “2025 Shenyang-Korea Investment and Trade Expo”, during which Nanhu Police Station, with the assistance of SYPAFFC, helped a foreign guest retrieve lost property, thereby advancing front-end collaboration in “Foreign Affairs + Police Service”.

Taking this activity as an opportunity, both sides will establish regular communication mechanisms and deepen cooperation in key areas such as support for foreign affairs activities, publicity of foreign-related policies, services for foreign nationals, construction of international communities, and risk prevention and resolution. They will actively explore vivid practice of “Foreign Affairs + Police Service” collaboration.
