On May 20, a working delegation led by Sun Ye, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group and Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Shenyang Municipal People's Government, held a working meeting with Emmanuel Loriot, Consul General of the French Consulate General in Shenyang.

Director Sun Ye expressed gratitude to the French Consulate General in Shenyang for its long-standing support to the economic and social development of Shenyang. She noted that thanks to the Consul General's efforts, cooperation and exchanges between Shenyang and France have taken on a new dimension. On the cultural and people-to-people front, events such as the Croisements Festival and the Shenyang Michelin Food Festival have become beloved cultural brands for Shenyang citizens. Moreover, the in-depth collaboration between the Shenyang Imperial Palace and top French cultural institutions such as the Palace of Versailles, the Guimet Museum, and the Institut de France has promoted mutual learning and exchanges between Chinese and French civilizations.
