Liaoning Province saw 67 new local confirmed cases reported (7 in Shenyang 5 in Dalian including 4 re-categorized from asymptomatic ones and 55 in Yingkou respectively), 183 new local asymptomatic cases reported (40 reported in Shenyang, 41 reported in Dalian and 102 reported in Yingkou respectively), a new imported confirmed case from abroad and 8 imported asymptomatic cases from abroad reported in Shenyang, and a local confirmed case, 2 imported confirmed cases from abroad and 27 imported asymptomatic cases from abroad cured and discharged from hospital from 0:00 to 24:00, March 21.

As of 24:00 March 21, a total of 1448 confirmed cases (including 207 imported cases from abroad) including 1004 discharged after recovery from hospital, 2 deaths and 442 (423 local and 19 imported from abroad) being treated in hospital had been reported in Liaoning Province. 900 (671 local and 229 imported from abroad) asymptomatic cases are being treated in isolation in designated hospital.
