A new modern health care service complex integrating medical treatment,rehabilitation, elderly care and nursing is coming!

On October 28,the Shenyang Chunxi International Health Care Complex Project was implemented in the Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone.

The Shenyang Chunxi International Health Care Complex Project is invested and constructed by ZDK Group. The project is adjacent to Shenyang Jingshen Hospital, covering a total area of 250,000 square meters and with a total construction area of approximately 375,000 square meters. It is expected to provide over 1,000 beds.

The project integrates the incubation of elderly care industry clusters, the standardization construction of the silver economy and the debut economy for the silver-age content. The first phase of the project has been included in the national major project database and received policy-based financial support from the China Development Bank. It is planned to officially start construction in December this year.In the future, a modern health care service complex integrating medical treatment, rehabilitation, elderly care and nursing will be completed in the core area of the western sub-city of Shenyang.

The first phase of the project will build two functional areas: a care center and an active community, comprehensively covering six business sectors including full-day care, day care, medical rehabilitation, senior meal assistance, home visit and healthcare tourism, to provide high-quality elderly care services for the seniors who need it.
