Liaoning's latest list of eaglet, gazelle and unicorn enterprises has been announced.

Shenyang gains another new seed unicorn enterprise and a potential unicorn enterprise.

The Department of Science and Technology of Liaoning Province recently issued a notice on the second batch of eaglet, gazelle and unicorn enterprises in Liaoning Province in 2025.

Shenyang Hangran Technology Co., Ltd. has been registered as a seed unicorn enterprise, while Sunvvay Automation (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. has been registered as a potential unicorn enterprise.

In the list of the second batch of eaglet, gazelle and unicorn enterprises in Liaoning Province in 2025, a total of 307 new eaglet enterprises have been registered, with Shenyang contributing 117 and maintaining its leading position in the province in terms of newly added enterprises. A total of 103 new gazelle enterprises have been registered, 27 of which are from Shenyang, accounting for 26% of the provincial total. Additionally, the list includes one seed unicorn enterprise and one potential unicorn enterprise, both from Shenyang.

Established in 2019, Shenyang Hangran Technology Co., Ltd. is China's first enterprise specializing in gas turbine and aero engine testing. After securing tens of millions of yuan in Pre-A round financing in 2023, the company built a new plant and enhanced its testing capabilities. Particularly noteworthy is the completion of a new test bench, which has elevated its component-level performance testing capabilities to a leading position in China.

At present, the company has provided relevant testing services for more than 70 key customers, such as leading enterprises and research institutes involved in national "Two Engines" (aero engine and gas turbine) research and development and other tasks.

Since its establishment in June 2020, Sunvvay Automation (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. has been based in Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, focusing on the independent R&D and industrialization of core semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Over the past five years, the company has completed over ten major sci-tech breakthrough projects‌ and developed a series of high-precision semiconductor cleaning robots.

On April 30 this year, Sunvvay Automation (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. officially launched its semiconductor robot R&D and production base project, striving to build a leading domestic semiconductor robot R&D and production base integrating R&D, production and sales.
